Each cultivar contributes its own character:

• Okumidori and Saemidori bring a vivid green and a smooth, balanced sweetness.
• Asahi and Marishi, rare cultivars born in Kyoto and Shizuoka respectively, add layers of depth with their elegant aroma. 
• Together, they create a sophisticated fusion of layered umami.
